Fishing Rods that are SPECIFIED with a LIMITED WARRANTY from Colman's Fishing Supply are covered by a limited warranty against defects in workmanship and materials for a period of ONE YEAR. Should damage occur due to a manufacturers defect, Colman's Fishing Supply will, at the company's discretion, either repair or replace the product at no charge. Damage resulting from alteration, accident, neglect, or normal wear and tear will NOT be covered. This warranty is only valid to the original owner and does not extend to products purchased for commercial or rental applications. Products requiring warranty work should be sent postage prepaid and insured to Colman's Fishing Supply, 29903 43rd Ave S., Auburn, WA 98001. In addition, a charge will be levied to cover return shipping and handling at the prevailing rates.

IMPORTANT NOTE: To be valid for warranty, the returned rod MUST be accompanied by a copy of the original sales receipt, and received WITHIN 1 year of the purchase date. Any rods returned without a copy of the receipt will NOT be covered by this Limited Warranty. If you do not receive a copy of the receipt with the original purchase, you MUST request a copy to be sent to you to be covered by this Limited Warranty.

To protect against lost or damaged items, all products should be carefully packaged and insured prior to shipping. It is advised that you keep all shipping receipts incase a claim is necessary with your shipping company.

Please include a copy of your original purchase receipt, and a brief statement pertaining to the problems you are encountering.

You will be advised of the return shipping costs that have to be prepaid prior to return of all warranty claims.

All major Credit/Debit cards are acceptable for payment.
