The Halibut Flying Spear breaks down into 3 distinct parts, an aluminium handle, a stainless-steel shaft and a removable arrowhead tip and an "O" Ring. The arrowhead tip, shaft and "O" ring are all available separately. The "O" Ring is there to secure the spear point to the shaft thus preventing an early release of the spear point when deploying the Flying Spear.
